The design process for website creation, updating and online marketing strategies

RESEARCH

For any new website to be written, an existing website to be enhanced, or just online marketing support, the design process will always start in the same way: an in-depth discussion and perhaps a design questionnaire

The purpose is to establish exactly what a client wants and needs, and then the best way of satisfying that requirement in the best way possible

We do not have any 'sign-up and pay' requirements made by other companies before they start writing a website. We obviously want to know that you are serious about engaging our professional services though. At this stage we will lay out your payment options and agree a plan

SPECIFICATION

We appreciate that some clients will not know what is best. We will advise you, and show you options, which may involve taking aspects from the websites of competitors that you like
We will discuss what online marketing options would be most effective for your website
Arising from the agreed specification we will produce a working plan for you to approve

BUILD

Stage 1
This is the part of the process where you will be able to see the start of your website online and hear your comments. We will then decide how best to proceed, and make any improvement or amendment you suggest

Stage 2
Complete build and publish

ADJUST

Any adjustments to content or appearance may be made at this stage

SUPPORT

We will then be at your disposal for any updates needed and generally complete updates with 48 hours
